Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding and coordinate recruitment communications. You will work with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Paradox to ensure accurate records and smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR operations, shared services, or recruitment ops; fresh grads invited.
• Familiar with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, or Paradox.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Coordinate candidate and stakeholder communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate interviews (both virtual and face-to-face) with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, background screening, and document collection activities.
• Assist with mobility-related tasks, including travel reimbursement coordination.
• Prepare employment-related documents, including employment agreements, amendment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Process HR transactions and requests accurately and efficiently using systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Paradox.
• Maintain and update candidate, employee, and organizational records within HR systems.
• Respond to employee, candidate, and stakeholder inquiries via email, phone, and ServiceNow, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations through proper documentation and record management.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and other HR Centers of Excellence to support business operations.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
