Job summary

Huzzle is hiring an Operations Associate to connect talented people with the best opportunities. You will own the candidate experience from match to hire, guide interviews, create briefs, and manage onboarding communications in a fully remote role.

You’ll also support client relationships, handle scheduling, briefs, and documentation while driving process improvements and metric tracking as the team scales. This remote role offers growth in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a communication-heavy role (customer service, recruitment, or appointment setting).
• You’re a natural communicator - writing beautiful emails and speaking confidently comes easily to you
• You’re super organized and love juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with: CRM systems (Hubspot, Notion) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) Communication tools (Slack, Zoom) LinkedIn & Email

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from match to hire: Guide candidates through interviews and preparation; Create compelling candidate briefs; Manage onboarding communication; Regular check-ins to ensure success.
• Support our client relationships: Help with sales follow-ups and outreach; Coordinate interview scheduling; Create client briefs and documentation; Maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.
• Improve and optimize processes: Help optimize our communication workflows; Support various team needs as we scale; Track and improve key metrics.
