Job summary

My Amazon Guy in Manila is seeking an HR Specialist Intern to support employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR projects, and records. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company policies.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and eager to learn in HR. The role offers remote work, EST schedule, and exposure to payroll, HR systems, and reporting.

Qualifications

• From the Requirements: Psychology graduate or related degree.
• At least 6 months HR-related experience or internship acceptable.
• Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new HR tasks.
• Comfortable using basic spreadsheets and online tools.
• Reliable and able to follow HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters, including concerns, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Help implement HR, compensation, and benefits policies.
• Assist with payroll, time off, adjustments, reimbursements, bonuses, and related queries.
• Process HR documents (contracts, CoEs, payslips, offer letters, sign-offs).
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR CRM data.
• Assist with payroll/time-off reports, audits, and HR reports.
• Track HR projects, deadlines, and tasks.
• Coordinate with HR team and follow up on tasks and roadblocks.
• Assist with employee training and HR initiatives.
• Generate reports and ensure HR data completeness.
