Job summary

Bold Business is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive employee support, policy guidance, onboarding, and records management for a 100% remote role. You will drive performance tracking, disciplinary processes, and HR initiatives across the organization while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR/related field and 2–3 years’ progressive HR experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience; BPO experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and disciplinary processes (NTE drafting, investigations).
• Experience tracking performance metrics, scorecards, and attendance data.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and employee records management.
• Oversee policy administration and guideline development.
• Conduct incident pre-investigations and assist in disciplinary actions.
• Assist in employee relations and resolution of issues.
• Maintain HR databases and respond to internal/external inquiries.
• Support performance management processes and reporting.
• Provide general HR project support as needed.
