Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of HR staff experience.
• Experience processing government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.
• 1+ year in Employee Relations, Labor, Engagement, or related.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management or equivalent.
• Strong integrity and writing/communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Aufgaben

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and HR inquiries.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including orientations, documentation, and exit requirements.
• Process timesheets for payroll and monitor government requirements and benefits.
• Prepare and process government benefits reports (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) including remittances and adjustments.
• Update HR databases and portals for accurate reporting.
• Monitor and report employee loans and related data.
• Conduct monthly fieldwork for hiring/separation reporting.
• Check SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE advisories for compliance.
• Assist HR Head with organizational planning, performance management, and improvement programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations, wellness, safety programs, and communication.
• Manage HR software across the employee lifecycle.
• Attend management meetings and perform other HR duties.
