GoTeam is seeking an HR Operations Administrator to support a U.S.-based professional services firm from the Philippines. This remote role runs night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM), Monday–Friday, and offers up to ₱35,000 with growth opportunities in HR administration, coach development, and knowledge management.

You’ll handle confidential HR records, coordinate training, and maintain data across systems, ensuring processes run smoothly as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in admin/HR coordination or similar
• Experience supporting U.S.-based teams remotely
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
• Strong written and verbal English with professional tone
• Handles confidential HR records with care
• Able to manage multiple workstreams when volume changes

Responsibilities

• HR Administrative Support: manage day-to-day HR tasks for a U.S.-based team
• Coach Development and Training Coordination: schedule events, cohorts, and logistics, prepare materials
• Systems, Data, and Knowledge Management: maintain data across CRM and Microsoft 365; organize files and resources
