GoTeam is hiring an HR Admin for a night-shift role in the Philippines. You will ensure benefits enrollment accuracy, maintain clean records, and uphold airtight onboarding for a multi-state client.

Remote work with Monday–Friday night hours, based in the Philippines. This position emphasizes discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while supporting a busy HR team and a U.S.-based client.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in an HR administrative, coordinator, or generalist support role.
• Working knowledge of basic employment compliance concepts (I-9, FCRA background check basics, benefits administration).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, with the discretion to manage confidential employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and day-to-day questions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records across the HRIS (Paycom).
• Process employee status changes — promotions, transfers, pay changes, and separations — in the HRIS.
• Lead open enrollment administration and communication to employees.
• Own onboarding, including offer letters, I-9 verification, and background checks.
• Maintain compliance recordkeeping (I-9s, leave documentation, personnel files).
• Prepare and distribute HR correspondence and communications.
• Generate data pulls and reporting for audits and compliance testing.
