Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate to deliver centralized support across the employee lifecycle, from pre-employment and onboarding to offboarding.

You will ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS, support compliance, and provide timely service to internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
• Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports for metrics and compliance.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and smooth onboarding experience.
• Process terminations, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment communications.
• Support HR projects and maintain SOPs and documentation.
