Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support U.S. and European regions. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines or India and focuses on state tax registrations, HRIS data integrity in Rippling, and background checks.

You’ll work closely with the U.S. HR Manager and provide broad People Ops support in a global, remote-first environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR administration experience, familiarity with Form I-9, and comfort handling confidential

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR administration and people operations experience supporting U.S.-based employers.
• Based in Philippines or India.
• Experience with U.S. state registrations (withholding and unemployment) and government notices.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. state tax and unemployment registrations for new jurisdictions in Rippling.
• Review and respond to government notices; update trackers and Rippling.
• Verify Form I-9s and coordinate background checks with Checkr.
• Support local registrations for European entities or EOR arrangements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and audit Rippling for accuracy.
