Insight Therapy Solutions, a growing behavioral health organization, seeks an experienced HR Officer to support full staff lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding. This remote role collaborates with local and international stakeholders, handling payroll coordination, compliance, and HR processes with discretion and integrity.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and able to balance people advocacy with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of HR Generalist/Officer experience.
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, healthcare, or international business environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience handling people relations and performance management matters.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, leave, and documentation processes.
• Strong communication with staff, managers, leadership, and overseas stakeholders.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and cloud HR systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first HR contact for staff and managers on HR-related matters.
• Provide guidance on concerns, workplace issues, policies, and procedures.
• Manage staff relations matters, including performance concerns, disciplinary processes, warnings, and performance improvement plans.
• Support managers to address performance, attendance, conduct, and behavioral concerns.
• Maintain confidential HR documentation and ensure processes are fair and compliant.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding with overseas stakeholders.
• Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain staff records and HR letters; monitor milestones.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and leave entitlements.
• Support performance and salary review processes.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards; analyze HR metrics.
• Assist with process improvements and HR initiatives.
