Job summary

Pearson is hiring for a 5-month project in the Philippines region to support recruitment onboarding. The role requires strong customer service skills, call center experience, and proficient HRIS use. You will manage communications, coordinate interviews, and maintain data across multiple internal systems.

Core hours align with local US time, with flexibility during peak periods. This position is remote with a short-term duration and a focus on ensuring a smooth onboarding process for employees

Qualifications

• Minimum college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service skills and call center experience.
• Strong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to candidates and employees to drive onboarding completion and/or communicate assignment changes.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Craft and send mass email and call campaign communications.
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously to respond in real-time to callers (Fusion, PEACS, Red Carpet).
• Assign candidates to requisitions and send offer letters using internal systems.
• Upload employees for rehire to requisitions in the system.
• Load, extract and share reports from PEACS.
• Coordinate interviews for employees.
