Job summary

Pearson in Manila is seeking an attentive onboarding and HRIS coordinator for a five-month project (December 2026–May 2027). The role focuses on outbound calls to candidates and employees, handling email and chat, and coordinating requisitions and offer letters.

You should have solid customer service, call center experience, and familiarity with HRIS systems; strong data entry and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service skills and call center experience.
• Strong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to candidates and employees to drive onboarding completion and/or communicate assignment changes.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Craft and send mass email and call campaign communications.
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously to respond in real-time to callers (Fusion, PEACS, Red Carpet).
• Understand and apply company policies.
