Job summary

Pearson is seeking a motivated Communication Center Representative to support HR activities and ensure smooth operations within the department. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, monitor emails and chats, and coordinate interviews and offers.

This is a 5-month project with a hybrid setup. The role requires strong customer service, multi-tasking, and proficiency with HRIS systems; training and equipment will be provided to enable flexible, cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Customer service and call center experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational/communication skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and strong technical skills; typing speed 50+ WPM with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from a large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Create and send mass email and call campaign communications.
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
• Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.
