Qualifications

• Minimum college or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service skills and call center experience.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and strong technical skills required.
• Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from a large candidate and employee base, providing resolutions and addressing concerns.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email and chat communications.
• Create and send mass email and call campaign communications.
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously to respond in real time.
• Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions and coordinating interviews.
