Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Associate, HR Operations to join its team in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on handling high-volume calls and emails, coordinating recruitment tasks, and ensuring efficient HR operations using multiple HR systems.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS/Excel, with a typing speed of 50+ WPM. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fresh Graduates are preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service skills and call center experience.
• Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.
• Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
• Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.
