Job summary

Pearson is seeking a temporary HR onboarding coordinator for a 5-month project (December 2026–May 2027). The role involves outbound calls to candidates and employees, handling emails/chats, and coordinating interviews in a remote setting.

You will work with multiple systems (Fusion, PEACS, Red Carpet) and ensure proper data entry, confidentiality, and timely communications. Core hours align with US time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and call center experience.
• Strong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems.
• Minimum college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to candidates and employees to drive onboarding completion and communicate assignment changes.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Craft and send mass email and call campaign communications.
• Work within multiple systems to respond in real-time to callers (Fusion, PEACS, Red Carpet).
• Understand and apply company policies during interactions.
• Use internal systems to assign candidates to requisitions and send offer letters.
• Upload employees for rehire to requisitions in system.
• Load, extract and share reports from PEACS.
• Coordinate interviews for employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
