Job summary

Lago Staffing and Recruiting is seeking an enthusiastic HR Onboarding Specialist to enhance our onboarding process and provide a seamless experience for new employees. You will focus on integrating new hires into the company culture and ensuring they have all the necessary tools and resources to succeed from day one.

You will coordinate onboarding schedules, conduct orientation sessions, and facilitate training.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or onboarding in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with the Deel platform.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding programs aligned with Lago's culture and values.
• Coordinate new hire documents, benefits enrollment, and orientation logistics.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce policies, procedures, and culture.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment and access needed for new hires.
• Gather feedback from new hires to improve onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and compliance requirements.
