Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to join onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will be the first point of contact for leaders on people matters and serve as the HRIS (Employment Hero) champion for the group, maintaining employee files and updating policies and induction content.

You will also handle onboarding and exit checklists, recruitment admin, training coordination, file audits, and compliance follow-ups, while drafting new policies and assisting with HR

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume HR administrative work.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage recruitment administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for leaders on people matters.
• Champion HRIS (Employment Hero) usage for the group.
• Maintain up-to-date employee files and policies.
• Administer onboarding/exit checklists and training logistics.
• Support drafting policies and HR workflows.
• Complete recruitment admin tasks, shortlisting, and screens.
• Handle mail merges and distribute HR correspondence.
• Maintain compliance with required documents on file.
