Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations across the site. The role provides end-to-end ownership for HR service delivery while leading a local team to ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and lifecycle events.

The HR Manager will drive onboarding, contracts, timekeeping, and payroll inputs, partner with executives, and implement retention and engagement initiatives to maintain a productive workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a fast-paced BPO, Call Center, or Shared Services environment.
• Stakeholder management demonstrating ability to influence site leadership and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, compliance, and employee relations at the assigned site.
• Lead a local HR team to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and lifecycle events.
• Ensure DOLE compliance and manage audits/inspections.
• Direct onboarding, contract management, timekeeping, and payroll inputs at the site.
• Drive talent retention and engagement initiatives and provide managerial advisory to line managers.
