Job summary

SCALIS is seeking an HR Generalist in Cebu City to provide comprehensive HR support across onboarding, records management, and employee relations. You will handle policy administration, investigations, and disciplinary processes while ensuring accurate HRIS data and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager to support performance management, metric tracking, and employee inquiries. A strong grasp of local labor laws and confidentiality is essential, and US-hours remote work is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR Generalist experience; BPO experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment standards; experience with disciplinary processes (NTE drafting).
• Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, attendance data, and HRIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and maintain employee records across HR systems.
• Oversee policy administration and guideline development.
• Conduct incident pre-investigations and support disciplinary actions (NTE drafting).
• Assist in employee relations challenges and reporting.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and newly regularized staff.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and respond to inquiries (COEs, verifications).
• Support performance management and scorecard tracking.
