Job summary

Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a freelance HR Consultant based in Spain. This fully remote, hourly engagement combines talent acquisition with hands-on people operations for internal roles and external staffing projects across a technology-focused environment.

You'll manage recruitment end-to-end, develop remote-first HR policies, onboard/offboard, and strengthen HR records and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with strength in recruitment and HR administration.
• Experience managing talent acquisition for corporate clients or agencies.
• Hands-on with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Understanding of remote-work practices and HR operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strategic problem solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and staffing projects.
• Develop and improve remote-first HR policies, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee and freelancer records, contracts, NDAs, and compliance docs.
• Support engagement and performance management for remote teams and consultants.
• Handle payroll inputs and leave tracking; serve as HR contact for internal teams and freelancers.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across people processes.
• Coordinate multiple HR initiatives with distributed stakeholders and track time/projects.
