Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR AI & Automation Operations Lead based in Spain to transform global HR operations through intelligent automation, AI, and scalable process design. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and IT to implement automated solutions while prioritizing privacy, compliance, and responsible AI in a globally distributed organization.

You will own strategy, drive multi-phase initiatives from discovery to sustainable delivery, and mentor teams across Operations.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in automation and process optimization.
Experience translating operational challenges into automated solutions.
Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services is preferred.
Strong understanding of privacy, governance, and compliant automation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across HR Operations.
Lead multi-phase initiatives from discovery through prototyping, launch, and optimization.
Translate operational pain points into scalable automation with cross-functional teams.
Map end-to-end processes and design scalable, error-tolerant workflows.
Build data flows across HRIS, payroll, and case management platforms.
Develop rapid automation using low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n).
Deploy, manage, and govern AI tools with appropriate oversight.
Establish automation observability and governance with RBAC and audits.
