Job summary

Doña Alejandra, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to strengthen HR systems, governance, and compliance across the organization. The role focuses on 70% monitoring, evaluation, and compliance, and 30% recruitment for remote teams.

You will administer time-tracking tools, analyze productivity, support managers on performance standards, and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse roles, including remote tech positions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Practical experience in managing performance management processes (KPI tracking, evaluations, goal monitoring).
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, especially in employee relations and due process.
• High analytical competence with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data interpretation, report creation).
• Excellent organizational skills; systematic, thorough, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance, monitoring, and compliance activities across the organization.
• Administer Time Doctor / Apploye for the remote workforce and generate productivity reports.
• Provide insights, flag issues, and support managers in upholding performance standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for monitoring-related inquiries.
• Manage the performance management cycle, including KPI setting, progress monitoring, and evaluations.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to due process in employee relations matters.
• Conduct policy and compliance audits based on the Employee Handbook and labor laws.
• Ensure monitoring practices comply with Data Privacy Act and HR policies.
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance.
• Oversee talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles and support onboarding.
