Cube Care Company is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations for a US-based organization offering remote work. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with emphasis on compliance and employee relations.

You will collaborate with managers and teams to enhance engagement, retention, and career development while maintaining accurate HR data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in US-owned, shared service, BPO with focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the complete employee life cycle.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
• Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Assist in learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
