Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in HR Generalist or similar role in staffing/recruitment
• Experience handling employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Background supporting US-based employees, EOR resources, remote teams preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR contact for US EOR employees regarding HR concerns and requests
• Handle employee relations matters, including concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Partner with recruitment, operations, and US teams to support staffing-related HR needs
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information
