Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an HR Generalist (Healthcare) to drive full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for our healthcare talent. You’ll administer compensation and benefits, update handbooks, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The role supports a remote, night-shift team with growth opportunities.

You should have 4+ years in HR, a healthcare HR background, and strong English communication. Proficiency with ADP, BambooHR, and Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Healthcare HR experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for allied health roles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
• Manage employee relations and advise on workplace conflicts and culture initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and coordinate development plans with managers.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and updates to the employee handbook while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain HRIS, payroll, and ATS systems with high discretion.
