Job summary

DOXA is seeking an HR Coordinator to support Recruiting, onboarding, HR operations and culture initiatives. You’ll maintain data accuracy, coordinate across calendars/time zones, and collaborate with AI tools to enhance processes.

Based in the Philippines (remote), you’ll join a global People Team, with English fluency and meticulous attention to detail as core requirements. Regular hours align with PST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience with recruiting exposure.
• Experience coordinating meetings across calendars/time zones.
• Experience maintaining records or trackers with accuracy.
• Experience with multiple software systems, including an ATS.
• Onboarding, new hire orientation, or employee engagement a plus.
• Background in the financial sector a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS, post/repost jobs, respond to inquiries, and keep the recruitment tracker updated.
• Host live phone screens, schedule interviews, and support active sourcing.
• Prepare new hire paperwork, run background checks, assist payroll entries.
• Lead onboarding meetings and coordinate first-week logistics.
• Coordinate culture and People Team events; assist bi-weekly department meetings.
