Job summary

DOXA is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the People Team with recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and culture initiatives. The role emphasizes meticulous data handling and collaboration with AI tools in a fully remote environment based in The Philippines.

The candidate will manage ATS activities, host candidate calls, coordinate interviews across time zones, file new hire paperwork, and contribute to employee engagement and onboarding experiences with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year HR experience with recruiting exposure.
• Experience scheduling across calendars/time zones; accurate record-keeping.
• Familiarity with ATS; onboarding or employee engagement experience a plus; finance sector a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), posting and reposting jobs and responding to candidate inquiries, while keeping the recruitment tracker current.
• Host live phone screens and recruiting conversations, schedule and communicate interviews, and support active sourcing.
• Prepare and file new hire paperwork, complete background checks, support I-9 compliance, and enter new hires into payroll and other systems.
• Host onboarding meetings, coordinate new hire SWAG and first week logistics, review onboarding survey results, and hold check-ins with new hires.
• Provide learning management system administration, own personnel recordkeeping, coordinate culture and People Team events, and lead bi-weekly department meetings.
