Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers in the Philippines is seeking a meticulous Human Resources Associate to join our remote team. You will enter and audit large data sets, maintain quality checks, and support reporting and compliance across HRIS/EMR/CRM systems.

The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while aligning with U.S. Eastern Time hours. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of data experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of data entry or quality assurance experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and HRIS/EMR/CRM tools
• Conduct routine data audits to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Maintain documentation of quality checks and follow up on data-related issues with relevant teams
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely and accurate submission of data for reporting and compliance purposes
• Pull data from various systems to support recurring reports and performance scorecards, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Ensure the confidentiality, security, and compliance of sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
• Maintain focus and accuracy while completing high-volume and repetitive data tasks
