CARE Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Data Reporting Analyst in Metro Manila to lead the HR Data and Reporting Unit and deliver insightful workforce analytics. You will plan tasks, oversee training, and ensure data accuracy across dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of HR analytics experience, strong Excel and BI tool skills (Power BI/Tableau), and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable insights for leadership.

Lead the HR Data and Reporting Unit under the HR Technical Section of the HR Service Center.
Plan and delegate tasks and deliverables of the HR Data and Reporting Unit.
Handle training and skills development of the HR Technical Data Reporting Analyst/s.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions that support operational, compliance, talent, and strategic workforce decisions.
Analyze workforce trends, patterns, and key HR metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for leadership.
Prepare executive-level reporting materials and data visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making.
Partner with People & Culture stakeholders, Digital/IT teams, regional and country office teams, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on HR reporting, workforce analytics, data interpretation, and reporting best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
At least 5 years of solid experience in HR data reporting and analytics, preferably with experience working in a supervisory capacity.
Experience developing and delivering HR reports, dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Experience analyzing HR data and workforce trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, IBM Cognos, Oracle Analytics, SQL, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting data governance, reporting standards, data quality management, and compliance activities.
Experience with Orace HCM and/or UKG Pro is strongly preferred.
Experience in leading and managing data analytics projects is an advantage.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (3PM to 12AM)
Must have good internet connectivity at home to accommodate current work from home set-up and must also be willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center
