ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations Executive (Healthcare) in the Philippines to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR Business Partner.

You will drive HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboard enhancements, while identifying automation opportunities to streamline HR processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Power Automate, and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
Experience with Power Automate and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR Business Partner.
Support HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboard enhancement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and digital solutions.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
Support other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as assigned.
