Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive for Palawan, primarily remote with dayshift hours. You will manage regional customers, generate local leads, and drive up-sell opportunities while coordinating with marketing on campaigns.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in B2B sales (hospitality tech or SaaS), strong English communication, and be comfortable with field visits when required; own laptop and vehicle with gas allowance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality tech or SaaS sales.
• End-to-end Sales/Marketing cycle experience including deal closing.
• Proven sales success and ability to generate leads.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; own laptop; own vehicle with gas allowance.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional current customers and address their queries.
• Generate local leads and convert HOT & WARM leads into business.
• Plan and execute up-sales with existing customers.
• Travel regionally to understand local requirements and support operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns supporting sales strategy and raise awareness of other company products.
