Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years with a U.S.-based home health agency.
• Direct scheduling experience for Medicare Advantage or managed care.
• Strong understanding of authorizations and visit frequencies.
• Experience coordinating nursing and therapy schedules in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for skilled home health patients and clinicians.
• Schedule visits per Plans of Care, orders, and authorized services.
• Match visits with authorized disciplines, quantities, and periods.
• Track authorizations vs. scheduled visits to prevent gaps.
• Communicate schedule changes to clinicians and teams promptly.
• Maintain scheduling data accurately in the EMR system.
