Job summary

AdminEdge seeks an experienced RN to deliver remote QA and clinical administrative support for a US-based home health and hospice organization. The role covers chart review, coding support, authorizations, intake, scheduling, and related workflows.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in candidate's practice country.
• Experience supporting US home health/hospice agencies preferred.
• Hands-on QA, chart auditing, clinical documentation review.
• Experience with authorizations, intake, scheduling, and related workflows is preferred.
• Home health/hospice coding experience is a plus; coding certification optional.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms and regulatory standards (HIPAA/OASIS) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review home health and hospice documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Perform chart audits and identify missing or conflicting documentation for correction.
• Support QA workflows for start-of-care and hospice records.
• Track deficiencies and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain audit-ready records and assist with survey readiness.
• Escalate concerns to clinical leadership as needed.
• Assist with coding workflows and documentation for billing and continuity of care.
• Support authorization, intake, and scheduling processes as required.
