Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a motivated Scheduler / Rostering Officer to join our Home Care team. You will manage day-to-day rostering and staffing to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for AU clients.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work with clients, care workers, and management to ensure services align with client care plans, funding, and organisational requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in rostering, scheduling, administration, or coordination in community aged care, or AU client-focused roles.
• Strong client service mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn rostering software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rostering function using Visual Care.
• Coordinate and schedule daily staffing allocations to cover short shifts.
