Job summary

Sharesource in the Philippines is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to be the first contact for clients, rostering care workers and ensuring smooth operations. You will play a key role in connecting clients with dedicated support and maintaining timely rosters.

This role supports a fast-paced Service Delivery Rostering and Scheduling Team with a strong focus on client service, compliance, and efficient multi-tasking in a hybrid/work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as scheduler/rostering officer in care industry serving AU clients.
• Excellent client service and ability to build rapport with clients, families, carers and referral sources.
• Advanced time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with handling high volume inquiries via phone and web.
• Schedule services by rostering care workers based on qualifications and availability; create master rosters.
• Manage daily changes to rosters and update shift notes.
• Prepare invoices and mail them out timely.
• Update mandatory compliance items as required.
• The role is fast-paced and requires adaptability under pressure.
