Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a Scheduler / Rostering Officer to join our Home Care team. The role focuses on rostering, staffing allocations, and maintaining accurate records to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for Australian and Canadian clients.

You will work with clients, care workers, and management to coordinate service delivery within client budgets and funding. Shift times include 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM PH time, with DST schedule during training for 1–3 months, and potential

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in rostering, scheduling, administration, or coordination in community aged care or related AU client work.
• You can establish relationships with clients, families and staff while communicating professionally at all times.
• You have strong time management, organization and attention to detail.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under time constraints.
• You are proficient with rostering software such as Visual Care or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage rostering using Visual Care and coordinate daily staffing allocations.
• Maintain casual rosters, monitor changes and staff availability.
• Coordinate staff to meet client needs and budgets.
• Provide high-level administrative support across staffing and operations.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner.
• Maintain rostering records and support the wider team as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and follow policies and procedures.
