Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients and to roster care workers across Australia and Canada clients. This role is remote and based in the Philippines, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to impact client care.

You will handle high volumes of inquiries, manage rosters, and ensure accurate notes and compliance while maintaining exceptional service and coordinating with care workers and clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional scheduling/rostering experience in community aged care, NDIS or related AU client work.
• Strong client service demeanor with ability to build rapport with clients, families, carers and referral sources.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to multi-task and adapt under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high volume inquiries via phone and internet.
• Schedule services for clients by rostering care workers based on qualifications and availability; create and adjust master rosters.
• Manage system Shift notes and redirect as needed.
• Prepare invoices and mail in a timely manner.
