Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a motivated Scheduler / Rostering Officer to join its Home Care team. You will manage day‑to‑day rostering and staffing to ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care for AU and CA clients.

This remote Philippines role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities with clients, care workers and management. You will use Visual Care and MS Office to maintain rosters and records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of rostering/scheduling experience in community care or AU/PH clients.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage rostering using Visual Care.
• Coordinate daily staffing allocations to cover shifts.
• Maintain and update casual rosters.
• Monitor staff availability and changes, respond to staffing needs.
• Match staff to client needs and budgets.
• Ensure schedules align with client plans and funding.
• Communicate roster changes to clients, staff, and management.
• Resolve last‑minute staffing issues and replacements.
• Maintain rostering records and provide admin support.
