ClearDesk seeks a Home Care Scheduler with team lead experience to coordinate caregiver plans for a US-based client. You’ll manage schedules, handle changes, and keep both caregivers and clients informed, ensuring reliable, compassionate care from home.

You’ll work with a remote-first team, supporting operations, recruitment tasks, and reporting. The role requires steady communication, problem-solving, and comfort with healthcare workflows and WellSky.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating teams.
• Calm under pressure; highly organized and proactive.
• Comfortable using software systems and remote communication.
• Able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a US time-zone schedule.
• Ensure reliable tech setup (cam, internet, power, backups).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across regions.
• Respond quickly to shifts cancellations or no-shows.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers via VoIP.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky; training provided.
• Collaborate with ops to flag issues and keep staffing smooth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports; keep leadership informed.
