Job summary

ClearDesk is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver calendars running smoothly for a US-based client. You'll coordinate shifts, handle last-minute changes, and communicate with clients and caregivers with calm efficiency.

You'll work remotely from the Philippines, using VoIP and WellSky, with a focus on reliable scheduling, timely updates, and building strong partnerships across stakeholders. Prior scheduling or BPO experience helps you shine in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Experience with scheduling, healthcare or home care is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly when shifts cancel or aren’t clocked in.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with ops to keep staffing smooth.
