Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Remote Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules for US clients from the Philippines. You will ensure timely replacements, communicate changes, and support both caregivers and clients with a calm, organized approach.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in BPO/VA roles, are comfortable with VoIP systems and WellSky, and can work US hours. This role emphasizes meaningful work and ongoing growth within a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure and highly reliable in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no-shows.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky and related tools.
• Coordinate with the operations team to keep staffing smooth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
