Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver rosters aligned for a US-based client, while you work remotely from the Philippines. You will coordinate shifts, handle cancellations, and communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure smooth, reliable care.

You’ll use WellSky, VoIP, and other systems to update records, run reports, and support operations. A calm, organized approach and scheduling experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Experience in scheduling (healthcare or home care a bonus).
• Calm under pressure and organized.
• Strong problem-solving on the fly.
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no-shows.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky.
• Work with the operations team to keep staffing smooth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
