You’ll coordinate shifts, respond to cancellations, and update records in WellSky while communicating changes to caregivers and clients, ensuring continuity of care across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating shifts.
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication.
• Ability to handle caregiver and client communications professionally.
• Willing to work in a US time zone schedule and maintain reliable tech setup.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations and clock-in issues.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky.
• Collaborate with ops team to flag issues and maintain staffing smoothness.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
