Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver shifts aligned across multiple regions for a US-based client. This remote role emphasizes fast-paced problem solving, accuracy, and proactive communication to ensure seniors receive reliable, compassionate care.

You’ll manage schedules, track attendance, coordinate with regional teams, and support light recruitment tasks. A stable internet setup and familiarity with scheduling software are required, with US time-zone alignment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in scheduling (BPO/VA preferred).
• Experience in healthcare/home care scheduling is a plus.
• Comfortable working with remote teams and multiple regions.
• Strong communication with caregivers and clients.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and EVV processes.

Responsibilities

• Track caregiver attendance, clock-ins/outs, and shifts in real time.
• Maintain and adjust schedules across regions to ensure full coverage.
• Coordinate with team members in five regions to balance shifts.
• Support caregiver retention through accurate scheduling and accountability.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers via phone/VoIP and follow up as needed.
• Assist management in EVV improvements and scheduling efficiency.
