Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to join our remote team supporting Home Health Care providers. You will manage patient appointments, coordinate with clinicians, and document activities in the EMR while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.

This role offers flexible remote work from home and requires excellent communication and organization. Hours align with US EST 9am–6pm; you will multitask in a fast-paced environment and support clinical staff to deliver

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses to optimize scheduling.
• Maintain up-to-date calendars and manage time-sensitive changes.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, or in person to confirm appointments.
• Verify patient information and document activities in the EMR.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
