Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients, rostering care workers and ensuring smooth operations. This role supports onboarding through service delivery and requires excellent client service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the Philippines, the role offers remote work with occasional onsite activities and strong opportunities for growth within a B-Corp culture that prioritizes people and planet.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a scheduler/roster coordinator in community aged care, NDIS or related AU-focused service.
• Strong client service manner and ability to build rapport with clients, families and referral sources.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to handle fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume enquiries from clients and families by phone and online.
• Coordinate with clients, families, carers, referral sources and internal teams.
• Assess client needs and support onboarding through service delivery.
