Snapscale is seeking a bilingual Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support a US-based Physical Therapy practice. This remote role handles front-office patient coordination, billing support, credentialing, and light marketing, working with a remote clinical team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have hands-on experience with Prompt EMR, and be highly organized to manage multiple workflows independently from home.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a hard requirement.
• Experience in a US-based healthcare or medical office environment is required.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt EMR is essential (prompt university completion required).
• Experience with insurance verifications, medical billing, and credit card processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls, scheduling, and recalls using Spruce messaging.
• Fill open schedule slots using ClassPass.
• Perform insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and prior authorizations.
• Handle medical billing, coding assistance, and claims processing.
• Manage credentialing documentation and practice listings.
• Process owner’s inbox, patient intake, and admin documentation.
• Create promotional materials using Canva.
