You will source, screen, interview, and place physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, and allied health professionals while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and coordinating client communications. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role operating in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• 1.5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals within the U.S. market.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Source healthcare talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Work closely with clients to deliver qualified healthcare professionals.
• Maintain ATS and CRM records accurately.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and pipeline goals.
