• Proven success placing RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and NPs.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and pipeline qualified RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and NPs for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Screen candidates via phone and video for licensure, work authorization, and cultural fit.
• Present high-quality candidate profiles to hiring managers and clients in a timely manner.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Support credentialing and compliance, including license verification and background checks.
• Maintain ATS/CRM records and recruiting metrics.
• Build long-term talent pipelines for recurring nursing needs.
• Stay current on U.S. healthcare hiring trends and compensation.
• Deliver a professional, ethical, and compliant recruiting experience.
